That’s because you haven’t, Persephone. Your Head Girl duties interfere with Nik time. It’s not so much I’ve dropped off the face of the earth so much that I’ve been reading an enormously enjoyable book. I would recommend it to you, but unless you speak fluent Bulgarian…
If it was important, I think you’d have remembered it. Perhaps you just need a remembrall?

[/i][/size] It's true, it's true. I never realized it would be such a huge responsibility, but it really is... I'm sorry I haven't made time for you... although I haven't been able to make time for anyone.
And I can't say I do speak fluent Bulgarian, but I'm sure I could pick it up easily enough. I've always been good with learning new languages, you know that. I'd be happy to read it though!

It’s fine, Persephone, don’t feel bad. Besides, I’ve needed a little bit more alone time; after all, this novel of mine won’t write itself. And I’ve also been entertained by some several people, but that’s neither here nor there.
Well, Bulgarian is a rather tough language, but if you’re willing to learn, I’d be happy to teach you. You can roll your r’s can’t you?
The irony. Perhaps you should invest in a whole load of them?

Ah, yes, now I remember. Well, if you know Russian, you’ll know Bulgarian. We should set up lessons.
I’m sure some place in England does. Have you tried Flourish and Blott’s? Or Zonko’s? Well, maybe not the last one, unless you fancy having your Remembrall explode or something.
