snatchers can be any age as long as they're out of school. there are four different snatcher groups, and each has its own head and deputy. all, however, report to the department of regulation and control of magical creatures, and the snatchers work very closely with the muggle control office. each snatcher group is responsible for a different magical creature, though they sometimes depart from that regulation to hunt for others and get their gold. head snatchers must be at least 26, and deputy snatchers must be at least 20. snatcher groups can take on apprentices that are school age, but they have limited abilities and are required to finish schooling before becoming a full-fledged snatcher.
