rue evangeline longbottom is the the eldest longbottom child and the only girl. she's nineteen and graduated from hogwarts as a gryffindor almost two years ago. she is a trainee healer at st. mungo's and really wants to stop being a trainee and start being an actual healer. call her rue or evan. don't call her longbottom or make up some weird name, unless the nickname is amazing. rue is a bit of a quiet person. she's in the middle of extremely outgoing and shy. she used to be extremely shy, wouldn't talk to anyone very much unless she knew them. then she got more confident and hit puberty. rue sometimes comes across as overly nice. but thats just because she's an overall nice person. she's charming and sweet. but she's also offended easily, she takes everything personally most of the time. as for friends she's have a decent amount, not a lot. she's not an extremely social person but she will have friends, she's not a total loner. everybody has enemies, so she'll have those. and as for lovers she'll have maybe an ex or two and some crushes. she's never been in any sort of serious relationship before. she's up for anything really.

phoenix athena javier is the yongest of five boys and girls. she comes from a longline of purebloods. her father thinks that she must only marry a pureblood and doesn't care much for muggleborns. phoenix is the exact opposite of her father and siblings. she's more like her mother in that way. phoenix is always getting hand-me-down's from her older siblings and older relatives, she even got placed in slytherin like half of her family had. she wanted to be placed in perhaps gryffinor, none of her family had been in gryffindor. but she got what everyone else had. some call her phe or phoenix or nix and her parents call her athena or attie, call her whatever you like, she doesn't mind. phoenix isn't one to keep quiet and sit still in class. she's talk to the people around her and get yelled at for talking and fidgeting in her seat. phoenix isn't your average slytherin; she's charming, nice and isn't very mean. she can be mean though when she wants to. she's very sarcastic, some people take it offensive. but really it's just her way of being friendly. she's only in slytherin because her siblings are. you will barley see phe with the slytherins, she has a lot of friends in hufflepuff and ravenclaw and gryffindor. she does have some friends in slytherin though. she will have a decent amount of friends, some will be great or good friends and some will just be those "extra" friends. she will have enemies, her siblings are complete a holes and despised by a lot of people. as far as lovers go she'll have a couple of exes and past crushes. she's never been able to hold a relationship for more than a couple of months. she thinks she messes it up but really it's because the guy is a complete jerk. she doesn't remember the name of the guy she lost her virginity to... so he can be there somewhere...? i'm complete open for any love plot, any sort of plot, actually.

JAMES would have known her because a) same house and b) i imagine the longbottoms and the potters were very close. he probably had a bit of a crush on her growing up which sort of died out as soon as james found easier tail to chase at hogwarts~ i imagine they're somewhat friends now?
ATLAS probably wouldn't have known her or spoken to her, with her being two years older than him and in a different house. she probably would remembered him as that snotty sixth year slytherin who kissed up to so many people, since she left hogwarts before his change.
NIK probably didn't know her by name, but only by face. :c
EVANDER graduated two years before her, but he was the type of guy who branched out to his entire house, so i think they would've been friends. ev used to be the player-type too, so he probably would've flirted with her as well
ARCHER graduated six years before her, and age makes a mind deteriorate, so he probably doesn't remember her. doesn't mean he can't make a trip down to st. mungo's though; he's in muggle control, so he'd probably make rounds down there to check for muggles. i don't think they'd get along, though; archer's definitely too much of a snob.

i got her name from hg. i was reading hg for the thousandth time and thinking of a name for her. so.~
uh. i was just gonna post in your shipper. you beat me.
RUE AND JAMES whenever the potter's or anyone would come over rue would escape into her room and read in her closet with her hedgehog. rue would've crushed on him but wouldn't of done anything cause she's rue and doesn't like talking to boys or anyone. that was before she became confident. friends sounds good. c:
RUE AND ATLAS he would've annoyed her. she doesn't like snobby people. but sometimes she can seem snobby because of her quietness and not really talking.
RUE AND NIK rue might remember him if she saw him. she's horrible with names.
RUE AND EVANDER when he flirted with her she would've been all awkward and naive. she was a very naive child when she attended hogwarts.
RUE AND ARCHER i doubt she would remember him much from hogwarts. when he was a seventh year she was a first year... they could've seen each other around st. mungo's?
i'm awful with plots.~

Her baby brother. He calls her Eve cause otherwise her name become W-w-w-wue. I imagine they'd all be pretty close siblings. He'd come visit her a lot too <3

RORY AND RUE i could see them being fairly close. since they're both pretty quiet. she isn't the overprotective but she would definatly look out for him a lot. ohh and randomly pop up at hogsmeade every so often.

Rue-
Rose and Rue were effing fabulous friends. These two grew up together because Neville was practically family, and they've been friends for ages. Rue's kind of a role model for Rose. Persephone didn't know Rue that well, but they could definitely become friends. Mica probably had a little crush on Rue when she was in school, they may have had a fling? Although Mica's had a crush on everyone, haha. Alistair will adore you because you're a Gryffindor, and if you played Quidditch at Hogwarts then even better. Maksim probably didn't know Rue that well, he was two years above her and a Ravenclaw.. they may have been friends though, who knows? Add/Subtract anything! |

RUE AND MICA i love mica too. i love your characters. josh hutch is amazing too. rue would've had a crush and then not do anything about it. recently she's been more outgoing. when she attended hogwarts she didn't really talk all that much to anyone.
RUE AND ALISTAR rue loves quidditch.
RUE AND MAKSIM maybe just acquaintances? she probably wouldn't remember his name, she's awful with remembering things.

rue & al soooo, since the potters and the longbottoms would have stayed close and whatnot these two would more than likely have known each other and when there are big family gathering type things, al usually just slips away because he thinks they're all loud and annoying and wants to stab his eyes out at a certain point, so maybe when slipping off he would usually go and find her somewhere and i don't know ... some kind of brother-sister like relationship or s/t?

siblings, somewhat close relationship i guess.
ruby & phoenix,
ruby has an image that all slytherins are bitches and she'd automatically place phoenix into that image no matter how phoenix might be acting near or around her
mercutio & phoenix,
same year same house, i don't know if they'd get along or what. mer isn't a terrible guy but he has a tendency to say some offensive things and can act rather guarded, he'd probably think phoenix was too nice to be in slytherin and get rather antsy and confused or something around her xD
