QUALITIES, there are some good qualities to Talb though a fair few are subtle. Though his confidence may come across as arrogance more often than not Talb see's it as a positive quality to have...he doesn't think highly of the meek and the shy.
He was a small (LARGE) obsession with muggle television but vehemently denies it due to his upbringing and blood status.
FAULTS, Talb has a lot of faults...just like any other person, but being brought up the way he was he doesn't acknowledge them as much as others might. He is arrogant, hot headed at times and can be extremely stubborn. He knows what he is like and what he likes and expects to have those in life...if he spells it out clear enough.
LIKES, Outdoors, fresh air, camping, sports (mostly quidditch), choir, the grand piano his great great grandfather invested in.....his room at home.
DISLIKES, Overly soapy water, booming thunder, pitch black darkness, sappy love songs and overly affectionate lovers (public displays of affection).
OVERVIEW,
[style=padding: 20px;]Though a lot of Talb's more negative qualities come to mind around others he does have a fair few positive qualities. Those though are usually overshadowed and instead of letting himself...the real him be seen easily he always covers it over, only letting those he truly trusts see the real him.
He is fiercely loyal to those that he does allow within his group of friends, Talk will protect and stick up for those as best he can and will usually take the consequences of his actions standing strong and believing he did the right thing, even if it was blindingly obvious that he was in the wrong.
In some ways he is a typical Hufflepuff, in other ways not so much. For one he isn't meek or quiet, people think him to be shy often. But instead of spouting off every thought he has like verbal diarrhoea he usually sits and waits for his moment to either prove without a doubt that he is right or something interesting comes to mind.
When he is caught off guard it's really a sight to see for his friends, Talb is usually cool, calm and collected but when surprised he is the complete opposite. A fair few things have him flustered....his muggle step mother and half step siblings bring great pain to the proud pureblood Hufflepuff.
One of his biggest fears is the kind of darkness that seems to never end, catch him in a pitch black corridor and he will scream like a sissy girl. Usually that is why he is never caught out after curfew....that and he doesn't like wasting his time in detention. On occasion he has gone out after curfew but never into those dark, forbidding corridors that scream his doom if he ever were to venture into one without a light or wand.
Talb loves being active, either indoors or outside, the lake is one of the best places on the school grounds and though many often visit he's found that at certain times of the day on certain days of the week he can find a secluded enough spot away from others that he can sit quietly and ponder the meaning of life....or rather the meaning of his life.

OVERVIEW,
Nothing tragic happened to the current Blackmore family, all members came to be as they are through mutual understanding. Talbot's mother at the time was not ready to have and pamper children, given her age (18 at Talbot'sbirth) she thought herself a little too young to be having one son....let alone 2 a few years later.
Talbot's father had noticed his young wife's decline in health and sanity and had suggested leaving the boys with him. At the time she had thought it a good idea, that was until she realized a few weeks after leaving him that she'd done exactly as he'd planned. She couldn't really explain why he'd done it but had apparently been having a muggle woman on the side of their marriage.
Heston became a little too sidetracked and enchanted by her and before too long was married to a muggle woman. He tried to keep it as low profile as possible so that it would impact less on Talbot and Walt later on in school but it was the story of the week...well a few days at least after marriage.
Talbot doesn't blame anyone for his fathers raging hormones as a teenager as he was sure his time would be nearing. Though he wouldn't taint the family line any further with muggle blood, his sights are set on pureblood women.
Despite everything Talbot and Walt both had happy wizarding childhood's, often visiting both grandparents homes and sitting in awe of any and every inanimate object that seemed to have a life of it's own.Though their stepmother wouldn't talk much about the wizarding world in their earlier years Lidia seem's now to have come around to the idea and screams a lot less on seeing 'supernatural' things floating and moving about the house.
