the second order of the phoenix is now taking new recruits, so if your allegiance is against delacroix, you'd probably do well in the order. the main branch of the order is for adults only, so anyone out of school is eligible. the "recruits" branch of the order is strictly for students at hogwarts.

the order members must be at least out of school. it is possible to be a spy for the order or vice versa. the order isn't structured in a set hierarchy.
