It would be lie to say that Antoine doesn't stare at Ruby. She was probably used to it though more than most and could read his stares better than anyone not a part of his immediate family. Does he totally understand her? Not really. But Antoine doubt anyone totally understood her but what he did know about her was that she was a good person and that she was simply the best friend he had. The only persons who rivalled in terms of closeness were his twin brother Darius, his sister Prespherone, and his father. When they were young she, Darius and Antoine were simply thick as thieves. They would have been inseparable until the year they got sorted, after the sorting ceremony though, things would change between the 3. Darius and Antoine continued to be close, Antoine and Ruby were also very close but Ruby and Darius not so much. The three were all prefects and now were being thrust together more often than not which was now a bit of a strain on Antoine but he can't see himself dropping either. He's annoyed by her mood swings sometimes. best friends; feels like the missing triplet; understanding
Caleb

Caleb doesn't get her at all. He finds her annoying at times, bearable sometimes and a pretty cool girl the other times. Her friendship with Antoine irks him at best since they aren't the biggest fans of each other and the mere fact that she is a prefect and thus can bust him for performing his pranks doesn't help the situation either. He's flirted with her before, but that didn't go over well with her. acquaintance; slight attraction; major annoyance

The guy had never done anything to Caleb except bust him a couple time for pranks which isn't different from any prefect at the school. Caleb had a natural aversion towards anyone in Slytherin and Mer's pureblood friends wouldn't help sooth his feelings towards the dude. annoyed; dislike

james dislikes slytherins, but it's marloes, and he's a bloody tart, so he'd do some flirtin' here and flirtin' there. atlas, oh god, he'd try to avoid her like the plague, 'cause she's into gossip and secrets, and ohboy, does he have one. but they're both from pureblooded families, so atlas can't outright ignore her and whatnot. funtimes. callum also has a secret, but he's incredibly fake so i don't think these two would get along, unless it was purely superficial. nik is a hermit, so i onno :c evander and archer are both dinosaurs i onno
